Where O where has Tammilynn Been??

Hi y'all!
Its been a while since I have posted!!! For the past several months I have been recovering from a total knee replacement.  I know!!! Well in September I thought that I would just fly down my stairs at home, you know instead of walk down, like one normally would. I found out, one should NEVER want to do that! The damage I suffered as I went head over heals leaving my knee behind me in an awkward alignment, gave me the type of injury one would get while playing in the Super Bowl!!! The end resulting in an emergency Knee replacement.. and NO ring for TOUCH DOWN!
 That said I am finally on the upward swing and should be finished with my recovery,barring any stair aerobics, by early spring!!!

SO IN THE MEAN WHILE... I am gonna post some pics from past shoots and and some little shoots that I have been able to do one legged!

Models!

Hi Everyone!
As you all know the month of Oct is wild and crazy! I have had maternity, birth and some weddings (not in that order!) What I have also done is some model work! Tonight I am giving you a sneak peek of what I have been doing for a class in Prescott. It is commercial photography and was alot of fun!

So here we go!










My first model is Andrea, she was a blast to photograph! I really had a great time with her! I think this was Andrea's first time modeling. When she first posed for me she was nervous not know what to expect. Within a few shots she absolutely had it down!

This is Jessie!

I have had the honor of working with Jessie for a year now!

Jessie is an accomplished model and is very easy to work with. Every time I work with her it is such a blast! She always just seems to know what I am looking for and pulls off the look with little coaching. She makes my job very easy!

       This is Roz! She has the most beautiful blue eyes ever ! I am not sure if she has ever modeled before.... but she really seemed to know what she was doing! She is a natural, not camera shy at all and very fun!

I just want to take a moment and thank all these girls for their time , you all are amazing,beautiful and smart, and I wish you all the best in where ever this takes you, and I hope I am one of the ones that helped you reach those goals! *Hugs!*

The babies are coming!

Hey there! Its been a little while since I have checked in!

Around here it is "birthing season"! Life seems to go full circle, and here at "SIMPLY TAKEN" it

HAS come full circle! Tonight's blog post is a "congratulations to a new Mommy and her new baby boy! I had such a great time with this session and baby Kingston is just so yummy! I wish I could just hold him all day, but alas that is not how pictures are taken! I will say I held him as much as I could when I could! His Mommy, Halie was so laid back and trusted us totally with this little man, and I think had a great time watching us, and laughing at us as I dodged the shower and the poop session. Can anyone say pee pee tepee! Those things are awesome and I am going to buy some for my baby boy sessions!

The Double Bump Session!

Hi Y'all its been awhile since I have updated my blog! It has been busy here at SIMPLY TAKEN Photography by Tammilynn!
We are finished with summer and heading into the fall season, which for Photographers means the BUSY SEASON! I have been doing wedding sessions and bump sessions and soon all the babies will be arriving! I cannot wait! I love the Babies!
Tonight I am going to let you in on a sneak peek of my "DOUBLE BUMP" session!
These girls are crazy and alot of fun! We wanted to do something less traditional and a little on the edge and alot of fun! I really hope you love them as much as we do!
